Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Carriers and delivery
We ship with USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after they ship.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Free Standard shipping on 3 or more bottles. It's applied automatically at checkout.
- Promo codes for free shipping apply to Standard shipping only.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days. If your bottles arrive broken or damaged, see our Refund Policy.
